A few things you might be wondering
What makes this a memory ornament?
The orb plays your personal video memories, making a meaningful keepsake for the Christmas season. See the product photos for the hanging loop and display accessories.
Does it arrive with my memories already loaded?
No. You add your own videos after it arrives. That lets you choose the moments that matter most before gifting it.
Can I give an orb to more than one person?
Absolutely. The family sets include multiple orbs, so you can prepare a personal gift for each recipient.
Will it arrive before Christmas?
Estimated delivery is 7–10 days. Please allow extra time during the holiday season; Christmas arrival is not guaranteed. Your checkout shows the available shipping options.
How do returns work?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Contact us with your order number to get started. Please remove your personal videos before returning an orb.
